Good Jam

Wonderful jam last Wed. nite at the Outlaw.
Lots of pickers and singers and a good crowd.
Some cat named David played guitar and sang and we were all wowed by his prowess!
Great job by Emilyn and much thanks for being our hostess.

And now... A POOL TOURNAMENT!

Fun last nite with Larry and Byron and the kids from Longmont HS.
Felicia is quite a gal and Lori did a good job as did Jordan.

Next week we are expecting to host a birthday party for Dave Hawkins and also expect quite a few musicians to join us.

Lovely Time Had By All

Very nice gig last nite.
Kat came and did 3 great tunes; I'll have some clips posted soon.

Robbie played for a few as did Aaron on bass and Larry on harp. Kickass version of Redhouse!

We got to 'Shake Our Willies' with Larry, too! ;)
And I recorded 'Monsters of Halloween'.

Solo lala

Played the whole nite by myself.
Segue from feel to feel on Les Paul for about 12 minutes then do the same on Dobro and then on banjo then break then...
do it again...
and again...

It was fun.

Another successful nite

Very good artists last nite; Larry gave us great renditions of his material with his high energy style of guitar playing.
Robbie had a nice '67 Fender Jazzmaster and used it well.
A new girl named Kat came out and did a very nice tune she wrote and also sang a great cover tune.
We enjoyed jamming w/Tim Hill and Scott Scully as always.
Byron played a few.
Unfortunately, we ran out of time and missed Jim Bertolin on banjo and Jeff on bass.

We discussed recording these sessions and offering the recordings to the songwriters. This was met with great enthusiasm.
Hope I didn't bite off more than I can chew...
